1. VAT @ 4%. Other taxes are extra as applicable.
2. Full Payment to be made as an advance along with formal purchase order.
3. Installation of software shall be done with in 15 working days after receiving confirm order and advance payment.
4. Warranty 1 year from the date of installation of software.
5. Any change required by customer in the existing software shall be made at an extra cost.
6. All disputes subject to Ahmedabad (Gujarat) jurisdiction.
